Cause analysis of bearing failure:
About 40% of the failures in micro router bit bearings are caused by dust, dirt, debris contamination and corrosion. Pollution is usually caused by improper use and poor use environment, it can also cause torque and noise problems. Miniature bearing failures caused by the environment and contamination are preventable and the cause of such failures can be determined by simple visual inspection. As long as the use and installation are reasonable, the erosion of miniature bearings is easy to avoid. Erosion is characterized by indentations in the miniature ring raceways caused by shock loads or incorrect installation. Denudation usually occurs when the load exceeds the yield limit of the material. Denudation can also occur if a load is placed across a miniature bearing ring if installed incorrectly. Pressure craters on miniature bearing rings also generate noise, vibration and additional torque.
Precautions:
1. Place the yoke on the end face of the host.
2. Insert the plug into the power socket with control switch.
3. Check whether the grounding wire is in good condition, and test it with a tester after electrification.
4. Press the start button to power on the host.
5. Check that the yoke should have no voltage to the ground.
6. Press the stop button to power off the host and stop heating.
7. According to different specifications of miniature bearings or other workpieces, select different yoke iron sleeves, and place the yoke iron on the top surface of the main machine, which should be consistent and flat.
8. When heating the miniature bearing, the sensor should be inserted into the "sensing socket", and the sensor should be attached to the workpiece to be heated.
Solution:
Because the reasons for the heating of the miniature router bit bearings are different, the solutions are also different. The following is the solution when the temperature of the miniature bearings is overheated:
1. Grease filling method, the so-called grease filling method is to regularly fill the working surface of the bearing with an appropriate amount of grease, which is the most commonly used grease lubrication method.
2. The oil cup method, the oil cup method is to install a screw cap type oil cup or oil pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, and regularly rotate the screw cap or use an oil gun to inject grease. This is also a commonly used grease lubrication method.
3. The pressure grease supply method, the pressure grease supply method relies on the grease pump to supply grease. At this time, grease with good fluidity should be selected.
4. Centralized grease supply method, the centralized grease supply method supplies grease to each deep groove ball bearing and other components at the same time through the grease pump. Similarly, at this time, the lubricating grease should be lubricating grease with good fluidity [1], oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, which is also a pressure grease supply method.
