In 2022 I received an inquiry from Germany said they need sbr16uu bearing block and rail unit. Please help make a quotation and check the shipping cost.When I see the mail.My reaction was,quite clear,model number and quanttiy.But as for rail,we need to know length,there is plenty to be choose.So I make a quickly reply. Ask them what length they need on device.However,it took forever waiting for reply.

After 3 days,I still didn't get any feedback from customer.I can't help but thinking if this is a real customer?Maybe a fraud company.But it's stupid to give up now,I should try to contact them a few more times.So I kept sending message in next 2 weeks.Finally,after another week,I got feedback from customer.They said they need sbr16uu bearing block and rail unit with good quality,but reasonable price.As for rail,the length would be 800mm.And the reason they reply so late,because they had a holiday.And this made me feel all energy again.I checked the sbr16uu bearing block and rail unit price quickly,with shipping cost.Then sent them a formal quotation list.Waiting for feedback.Now they reply very soon,they'd like to place an order.Next is simple,I made invoice for customer,and they paid very soon.It took 3 days to cut the rail.After all parcels packed done,we ship immediately.

Total 50kg,customer selected sea transportation.After 1 month,parcels arrived.And they started to install and use.Then,for a whole year,I didn't get any info from customer.Even I say hi,nothing.But at the begining of 2023,I received email from this customer.He said they need more sbr16uu bearing block and rail unit.And this time,they need 2 times than last order.Such good news!For old customer,we will try best to give same price,don't increase.Checked latest shipping,they asked me to send invoice directly,so they can arrange payment ASAP.

Now this customer will order sbr16uu bearing block and rail unit every 3 months.I guess our service and quality win this customer.
