Linear bearings SC 25 UU are a type of rolling or sliding bearing used for linear motion, characterized by low friction, reliable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, high precision for long-distance operation, and long service life. They are commonly used in various industrial machinery and equipment such as machine tools, punch presses, and printers. The linear ball bearing contains a plastic cage to support the hardened steel raceway section that guides the rolling of the ball. The bearing moves on the quenched and polished shaft.

The linear bearing slider used in medium and low-speed maglev vehicles mainly bears vertical and lateral loads. The vertical load of each slider is related to the support force and center of action of the air spring on the sliding table, while the lateral load is related to the inertial force caused by acceleration during train traction or braking.
(2) Load calculation of SC25 UU bearing on end slide table
One guide rail of the end slide table is supported by a single slider, and the other guide rail is supported by a double slider. According to the design of the air spring suspension device, it is known that all air springs on the train have equal pressure, that is, the supporting force F of each air spring on the sliding table is equal.
(3) Load calculation of SC 25 UU bearing on the intermediate sliding table
The middle sliding table has a symmetrical structure on both sides, and the two guide rails are supported by double sliding blocks, so the vertical force on the linear bearing sliding blocks is equal to each other. The support force of the air spring on the sliding table is the same as that of the end sliding table. Take the middle sliding table with both front and rear traction rods as the calculation object. During train traction or braking, the linear bearing slider on this sliding table experiences the maximum lateral force.
