SF-1 material self lubricating plain bearing, simply referred to as three-layer composite, -1 refers to the material specification of PTFE. SF-1 bearings are made of a layer of steel plate as the matrix, a layer of sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, and a layer of a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead rolled on the inner surface, which are rolled into three layers. And it has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, and oil-free lubrication.

The working temperature of SF-1 is generally below 240 ℃, which has better temperature resistance than SF-2. SF-2 generally has a temperature resistance of below 90 ℃.
