Spherical cam follower is generally full roller structure. The raceway part of the bolt shaft has been quenched. In order to avoid stress concentration, the outer surface of the thick-walled outer ring of the roller is curved.The outer ring has two integral edges, and the axial direction is guided by rollers.The bolted shaft head and the press-mounted side retaining ring provide axial support to the outer ring through rollers.
Spherical cam follower bearings are suitable for heavier radial loads. Because the outer ring is axially guided by rollers, the spherical cam follower bearings can also bear heavier axial loads, allowing relatively high speed operation.But because it is full of rollers, it is necessary to replenish grease frequently. Lubricants can be filled through the holes on both ends of the mandrel shaft and the mandrel shaft body.

Spherical cam follower classification
1) Basic NUKR series
NUKR series of bolted shaft curved rollers are of full double row cylindrical roller structure.
2) NUKRE series eccentric sleeve
NUKRE series and NUKR series are similar to each other in the structure of full double row cylindrical rollers. The only difference is that NUKRE series has an eccentric sleeve on the bolt shaft.
3) Double raceway PWKR series

Bolted shaft curve roller PWKR series and NUKR series are similar, both are full double row cylindrical roller structure, the only difference is that the outer ring of PWKR is double raceway, the two rows of rollers are separated.
4) NUKRA series with side rollers
NUKRA series and NUKR series have similar appearance. The difference is that NUKRA is double-headed bolt, and a side roller is added at the end of the bolt shaft, which leads to structural changes. NUKRA is a single row full cylinder roller structure.
