Some introduction for classify of spherical rod end bearings:
1) GE...Type E: single to outer ring, no lubricating oil groove.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.
(2) the GE...Type ES: single seam outer ring with lubricating oil groove.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.
(3) the GE...ES - 2 rs, GEEW...Type es-2rs: single seam outer ring with lubricating oil groove and sealing ring on both sides.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.
(4) the GE...Type ESN: single seam outer ring, GE...XSN type: double seam outer ring (split outer ring), with lubrication oil groove and outer ring with stop groove.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.However, when the axial load is borne by the stop ring, ability for spherical rod end bearings to bear the axial load is reduced.
(5) the GE...HS type: the inner ring has lubricating oil groove and double and half outer ring. The clearance can be adjusted after wear.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.
(6) the GE...DE1 type: the inner ring is hardened bearing steel and the outer ring is bearing steel.The inner ring is extruded and shaped, with lubricating oil groove and oil hole.Spherical rod end bearings with inner diameter less than 15mm, no lubricating oil groove and oil hole.Able to withstand radial loads and smaller axial loads in either direction.
