Matters need attention for spherical roller bearing assembly:
1. The spherical roller bearing assembly must be carried out under dry and clean environmental conditions.
2. Aligning roller bearing should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene before spherical roller bearing assembly, and used after drying, and ensure good lubrication. Generally, the bearing is lubricated with grease or oil.
3. Spherical roller bearing assembly must be equal pressure on the circumference of the ring width, to press the ring into, can not use top tools directly on bearing face, in order to avoid damage
4. When large amounts of interference, can use oil bath heating or inductor heating method to install the bearing, the heating temperature range of 80 ℃ to 100 ℃, the highest must not exceed 120 ℃.
