Customer need spinning bearing SMR74ZZ micro ball bearing for fishing reel

Several days ago,one of my customer ask me for price.He said that he need fishing bearing,but there are so many type bearings.I say,please be more specific.After several times chat,it turns out he need spinning bearing used for fishing reel.

Firstly,what is spinning bearing for fishing reel?

Usually,fishing reel spinning bearing refers to micro deep groove ball bearing.

Miniature deep groove ball bearings refer to metric series with an outer diameter of less than 9mm; inch series with an outer diameter of less than 9.525mm.
The main materials are carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, plastic, ceramics, etc. The minimum inner diameter can be 0.6mm, and the general inner diameter is 1mm.

It is a kind of rolling bearing which is widely used. It is characterized by low frictional resistance, high rotational speed, and can be used to withstand radial loads.

The basic deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a set of cages.
There are two types of deep groove ball bearings, single row and double row.
The structure is also divided into two types: sealed and open. The open type means that the bearing does not have a sealed cover. The sealed is divided into dust-proof seal and oil-proof seal.
The material of the sealing is stamped steel plate.This type only serves to prevent dust entering the raceway. The oil-proof type is a contact oil seal.It can effectively prevent the grease from overflowing.

Spinning bearing for fishing reel,the structure is simple.And compared with other types.It is easy to achieve higher manufacturing precision.Hence it is convenient for mass production in series, the manufacturing cost is also low, and the use is extremely common.

The forms of spinning bearing deep groove ball type parts are as follows:
1. Multi-process processing: Generally, the production of bearings requires 20 to 40 processes, and there are more than 70 processes.
2. Forming processing: The working surfaces of bearing parts are all rotary forming surfaces, which are suitable for processing by forming method.
3. Precision machining: most of the surface of the bearing parts must be ground, and the grinding size and geometric accuracy are in μm.

And for its special usage,there are many material to fit.

Ordinary bearing steel AISI52100 (GCr15), stainless steel AISI440 (9Cr18), ceramic and plastic.
Stainless steel are divided into (440, 304, 316) three types, 440 is the most common, followed by 304 and finally 316.
Ceramic bearings (ZRO2 zirconia, silicon nitride SI3N4, SIC silicon carbide, alumina).
Plastic bearings (PA nylon, PP polypropylene, POM polyoxymethylene, polyether ether ketone PEEK, polydifluoroethylene PVDF, polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE, polyethylene UPE, PVC polyvinyl chloride).
