1. 3. When tightening the nut, the maximum tightening torque range shown in the size table should not be exceeded. Excessive tightening torque may sometimes break the threaded portion of the rod end. In addition, if used under some working conditions that may loosen the nut, use a lock nut, spring washer, or special locknut.

4. The position S of the outer ring of the eccentric stainless steel cam followers bearing and the stainless steel cam followers bearing with eccentric bushing can be adjusted by rotating the screwdriver at the top of the rod end or the hexagonal hole to rotate it. The rod end can be fastened with a spring washer or the like. The maximum tightening torque range shown in the dimension table should not be exceeded when tightening the nut.

When carrying an impact load and it is necessary to maintain the eccentric adjustment correctly. It is recommended to use a method of opening the shaft or eccentric shaft sleeve through the shaft hole and fixing it with a positioning pin. However, the rod ends with a diameter less than 8 mm (eccentric bushing diameter 11 mm) are quenched and hardened.
