Heating fit method
This is a commonly used installation method of less effort, is the use of thermal expansion will be tight fit into loose fit installation method.First of all, the steel pillow block bearings or the ring of separable bearing should be put into the oil tank for uniform heating. The temperature range is generally 80-100 ℃. After heating, it should be taken out from the oil tank and installed on the shaft as soon as possible.
