The stud type track roller bearing is composed of main roller, side roller, shaft head and cover plate.
How to assemble stud type track roller?
1)Clean the stud type track roller bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat, fill the roller of the outer ring of the bearing with Shell No. 3 lithium grease until it is two-thirds full, apply it evenly with clean hands.
2) The stud type track roller bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with detachable inner and outer sets. The inner set of the bearing shall be placed on the rotating shaft and in place;

3) Install the stud type track roller bearing seat on the chassis. If there is a grease filling hole, it must be aligned with the position.Tighten the bearing pedestal with fastening bolts coated with bolt anti-loosening adhesive;
4) The inner and outer eccentric blocks shall be mounted on the rotating shaft and in place. If there is a shaft key, the shaft key shall be mounted in the keyway and then the outer eccentric block shall be mounted on the rotating shaft with a retaining ring;
5) Tighten and fix the fastening bolt of the eccentric block, turn the adjustable eccentric block to make it reach the Angle position before unloading and tighten its fastening bolt.After the above assembly is completed, the rotating shaft should have certain axial movement in series;

6) The protective cover on both ends of the vibration motor shall be fastened with screws.
How to maintain stud type track roller?
Thin oil lubrication: advantages are small internal friction coefficient, so to overcome the friction consumption of less energy, thin oil flow is good, easy to enter the friction surface of each lubrication point, has a good cooling effect.
