Taper lock bearings refer to a radial thrust type rolling bearing with a tapered roller as the rolling element. Mainly used to withstand combined radial and axial loads mainly consisting of radial loads. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, it has a larger load-bearing capacity and lower limit speed.
Tapered roller bearings are usually of the separated type, that is, the conical inner ring component composed of inner rings with roller and cage components can be installed separately from the conical outer ring.

Single row taper lock bearings:
ID range: 20mm~1270mm,OD range: 40mm~1465mm,Width size range: 15mm~240mm
Double row taper lock bearings:
ID range: 38mm~1560mm,OD range: 70mm~1800mm,Width size range: 50mm~460mm
Four row taper lock bearings:ID range: 130mm~1600mm,OD range: 200mm~2000mm,Width range: 150mm~1150mm
Widely used in industries such as automobiles, rolling mills, mines, metallurgy, plastic machinery, etc.
Installation:
1、 The fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the roller neck is usually with clearance. When installing, first install the bearing into the bearing box, and then install the bearing box into the journal.
2、 The outer ring of the bearing and the bearing housing hole also adopt a dynamic fit, and first install the outer ring A into the bearing housing. When leaving the factory, the outer ring, inner ring, and inner and outer spacer rings are printed with the symbol 'HotTag'. During installation, they must be installed in the bearing box in the order of the character symbols. It cannot be interchanged arbitrarily to prevent changes in bearing clearance.
3、 After all the parts are installed in the bearing box, tighten the inner ring and inner spacer ring, and the outer ring and outer spacer ring axially.
4、 Measure the gap width between the outer ring end face and the bearing box cover plate to determine the thickness of the corresponding sealing gasket.
