How to install taper roller bearing parts on your equipment?

  Taper roller bearing parts mainly bear radial and axial combined loads.The bearing capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring,and the larger the angle,the greater the bearing capacity.This type of bearing belongs to the separated type,and is divided into single row, double row, and four row tapered roller bearings based on the number of rolling elements in the bearing.The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation;The clearance of double row and four row tapered roller bearings has been given according to user requirements when the product leaves the factory and does not need to be adjusted.

Installation:
  Adjust the axial clearance by adjusting the nuts, washers, and threads in the bearing seat holes on the shaft neck,or by using methods such as pre tightening springs.The size of axial clearance is related to the arrangement of bearings during installation,the distance between bearings,and the material of the shaft and bearing seat,and can be determined according to working conditions.
  For high load and high speed taper roller bearing parts,when adjusting the clearance,it is necessary to consider the effect of temperature rise on the axial clearance,and estimate the reduction of clearance caused by temperature rise.In other words,the axial clearance should be adjusted appropriately to be larger.
  For bearings with low speed and bearing vibration,clearance free installation or preload installation should be adopted.Its purpose is to create good contact between the rollers and raceways of tapered roller bearings,distribute the load evenly,and prevent damage to the rollers and raceways due to vibration and impact.After adjustment,the size of the axial clearance is checked with a dial gauge.

Installation of four row taper roller bearing parts:
1.The fit between the inner ring of the four row tapered roller bearing and the roller neck is generally clearance.When installing,first install the bearing into the bearing box,and then install the bearing box into the shaft neck.
2.The outer ring of the four row tapered roller bearing is also dynamically matched with the bearing housing hole.First,install the outer ring A into the bearing housing.When leaving the factory,the outer ring,inner ring, and inner and outer spacer rings are all printed with the symbol{HotTag}.During installation.They must be installed in the bearing box in the order of the character symbol arrangement.Cannot be interchanged arbitrarily to prevent changes in bearing clearance.
3.After all the parts are installed in the bearing box,align the inner ring with the inner spacer, and the outer ring with the outer spacer axially.
4.Measure the gap width between the outer ring end face and the bearing box cover plate to determine the thickness of the corresponding sealing gasket.
