Self aligning roller bearings are divided into cylindrical inner holes and tapered bore spherical roller bearing. The tapered bore is 1:12 for self-aligning roller bearings with the rear designation K (153000 or 113000 types) and 1:30 for self-aligning roller bearings with the rear designation K30. This type of bearing can adjust the radial clearance of the bearing by moving the inner ring axially when paired with a conical shaft.
Install the tapered bore spherical roller bearing with the rear codes K and K30 on the matching locking sleeve to become K+H and K30+H bearings with the rear codes. This tapered bore spherical roller bearing can be installed on an optical shaft without a shoulder, suitable for situations that require frequent installation and disassembly of bearings. In order to improve the lubrication performance of the bearing, there is a circular oil groove on the outer ring of the bearing and three evenly distributed oil holes are drilled, with the rear code W33.
Install
Spherical roller bearings are equipped with drum shaped rollers between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with a spherical raceway. The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is consistent with the center of the bearing, so it has the same centering function as automatic self-aligning ball bearings. When the shaft and shell are bent, the load can be automatically adjusted and the axial load in both directions can be adjusted. The radial load capacity is large, suitable for situations with heavy loads and impact loads. Tapered bore spherical roller bearing can be installed directly. Alternatively, use a locking sleeve or disassembly cylinder to install it on the cylindrical shaft. The cage is made of steel plate stamped cage, polyamide formed cage, and copper alloy car made cage.
For self-aligning bearings, using the middle mounting ring can prevent the outer ring from tilting and rotating when installing the bearing with a shaft into the shaft hole of the box. It should be remembered that for some sizes of self-aligning ball bearings, the ball protrudes from the side of the bearing, so the middle mounting ring should be recessed to prevent damage to the ball. A large number of bearings are generally installed using mechanical or hydraulic pressing methods. When installing the shaft with the inner ring installed in place into the bearing box containing the outer ring, it is necessary to check whether the inner and outer rings are correctly aligned to avoid scratching the tapered bore spherical roller bearing raceway and rolling components.
