At that time, I felt that there was no hope. I felt that the customer must go to Ningbo to find a cheaper supplier. But just one night before the customer came to China, he suddenly sent an inspiring email asking if it was possible to see our tapered needle bearing in Ningbo. In my spare time, I immediately called the director to discuss, and immediately decided to send the sample of taped needle bearing to the customer. On the third day, after the customer received the sample we sent, we liked it very much.
