Track yoke roller bearing is a sealed structure filled with lubricating grease, providing long-term effective lubrication, and users can avoid lubrication. For harsh operating conditions, a channel for supplementing lubricating grease can be designed to improve the service life of bearings. Lubrication can reduce wear during the movement of parts, ensure the accuracy of the press, and reduce energy consumption. Lubrication can be divided into thin oil lubrication, thick oil lubrication, etc.
Composition of track yoke roller bearings
1. Main roller
The main roller is the most important load-bearing body in a set of composite rollers, mainly bearing vertical loads and impact loads, with strong impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
2. Side roller
The side roller is the second carrier in a set of composite rollers, mainly bearing horizontal loads, and also has strong impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The side roller is designed with a needle roller without an inner ring, and is supported by a core shaft instead of the inner ring and shaft head.
3. Shaft head
The shaft head is the part that connects the composite roller and machine equipment. The head of the shaft head is usually designed with a chamfer for easy installation. The shaft head can be directly welded to the equipment, or welded to a connecting plate with a circular hole before assembling the connecting plate with the equipment.
4. Cover plate
The function of the cover plate is to fix the side rollers installed inside the shaft head and the main roller outside the shaft head together with nuts and thread glue at the tail of the shaft head as an important component.
Installation of track yoke roller bearomg
1. Clean the bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat, fill the rollers on the outer ring of the bearing with lubricating grease to two-thirds full, apply it evenly with clean hands, install the cover, and tighten the bearing cover with bolts coated with anti loosening glue;
2. The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with separable inner and outer sleeves, and the inner sleeve of the bearing should be fitted onto the shaft and in place;
3. Install the bearing seat on the casing, and if there are grease injection holes, they must be aligned in position. Tighten the bearing seat with fastening bolts coated with anti loosening glue;
4. Install the inner and outer eccentric blocks on the shaft and ensure they are in place. If there is a shaft key, install the shaft key into the keyway and then install the outer eccentric block. Use a retaining ring to install the shaft on the shaft;
5. Tighten the fastening bolt of the fixed eccentric block, rotate the adjustable eccentric block to reach the angle position before removal, and tighten its fastening bolt.
6. Secure the protective covers at both ends of the vibration motor with screws.
